When implementing new ideas, answers have to be found to fundamental questions. What should your product look like? Which funktions does it have to provide and how can it meet the required characteristics? Working with you to answer these questions is one of the core tasks of our Design Department. They will help you get the most out of your product idea. Our design engineers carry out in-depth computer simulations before manufacturing the first prototype. That means enhanced process reliability right from the preliminary stages.
As a consequence, we save time, lower costs and improve the visual as well as technical quality of your product.
Each type of plastic has specific properties and needs suitable tools for processing. These are made using the very latest milling technology – and in most cases, directly at our premises. The close collaboration between the Design and Toolmaking Departments and our material experts ensures seamless transition from simulation to the finished tool. Academic knowledge, implementation expertises and practical skills ensure a consistently high level of product quality.
Research expertise is provided by our employees, who hold university degrees. Implementation expertise has been built up over many years through our own company traineeship programme.

At our Salzburg site we have more than 40 microprocessor-controlled plastic injection moulding machines with a clamping force ranging from 50 to 300 tonnes. This comprehensive range of equipment means that we are not restriced to specific mould sizes and also allows us to make micro-injected moulded parts.
We create capacities of up to 128 identical moulded parts in one injection moulding cycle. This increases productivity while maintaining a high level of quality.
The machines are operated by a highly-qualified team of experts who have a perfect command of the interaction between flow velocity, pressure and temperature, and who are also keen to experiment.
As a plastic and metal processing company we are also able to think outside the plastic box when combining materials. The combination of plastic and metal parts is especially advantageous when the properties of both materials are required for a product.
As in the case of hybrid vehicles, the advantages of different technologies are used to create added value in the form, function or design.

Solutions for complex applications can often be achieved with the precise interaction of several components. For this reason we not only produce individual plastic components, but assemble these to create complete assemblies.
It is also possible to integrate additional third-party parts into the assembly process. This means you receive professionally assembled and tested functional parts for your end product.
